1. Introduction

Welcome to graphics.supply. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using graphics.supply, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Digital Goods Delivery & Access

Graphics.supply specializes in the distribution of high-resolution digital assets. Upon successful payment verification through our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh, an automated email containing a secure, time-sensitive digital download link is dispatched to your provided email address immediately.

Because email delivery can occasionally be intercepted by strict spam filters or corporate ISP firewalls, we provide an automated Order Lookup tool on our website. This tool allows you to securely generate a fresh delivery link at any time using your purchase email. We do not provide physical media (CDs, USB drives) under any circumstances. You are responsible for maintaining a backup of your downloaded files.

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All products, images, and content available on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of graphics.supply. Your purchase grants you a specific license to use the assets, not ownership of the assets themselves. Detailed usage rights and restrictions are governed solely by our separate License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter technical issues with the files that cannot be resolved by our support team, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are detailed fully in our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall graphics.supply, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be strictly limited to the purchase price you paid for our products.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
